64-Metre German Yacht — Finished Interior, Converted to Expedition
210 ft (64 m) · Elsflether Werft, Germany · Built 1986 / Rebuilt 2019 · Repainted 2025 · Bureau Veritas
A full Francesco Paszkowski interior, delivered 2019 and refreshed 2025. On a commercial-hull conversion the interior is the longest lead and the largest line item. Here it already exists.
Expedition scope only — deck machinery, tenders, stores, range and polar outfit. No accommodation build, no superstructure rebuild.
Exceptional volume for 64 m: six guest cabins, 15 crew in eight, an 8.5 m tender garage and a sundeck with hardtop, spa pool and bar.
Transoceanic range at 13 knots on 200,000 litres, with a proven world-cruising record including high-latitude service.
German steel, Italian interior, and a 24-month rebuild already paid for by somebody else. The conversion spend goes into capability, not joinery.
Standard capability is aboard now; optional systems are engineered in during the expedition conversion.

Because the hull, machinery and interior are already built and classed, the conversion is an outfit job rather than a rebuild. Scope concentrates on the aft deck, the tender and toy programme, stores and range, and cold-weather systems.
Delivered at roughly a third of the cost of a comparable new build, and in a third of the time. In outline, the scope covers:
Indicative scope; final specification to owner brief, class and flag approval.
Detailed specifications, the general arrangement, the conversion study, pricing and the complete gallery are released to registered principals. Register your mission brief — it goes straight to Paul M. Madden.

Full owner-standard build
Vessel pricing is provided on application. Because the interior is complete, conversion scope here sits at the lighter end of the range — the spend goes into deck capability, range and cold-weather outfit rather than accommodation. A comparable new build is 36+ months.
The general arrangement, the full specification and the conversion study for Project Weser are released to registered principals on request.
