Fred Rodolf - Project Manager Louisiana
Fred Rodolf is a seasoned project manager and lifelong professional mariner with extensive experience across the global maritime industry. Holding both a Master’s License and an Engineer’s License, Fred has spent his career operating, maintaining, and refitting vessels, particularly in the demanding oil and gas sector. His work includes overseeing major refits, managing complex maintenance projects, and successfully delivering vessels to markets around the world. With a strong foundation in both technical operations and leadership, Fred brings unmatched expertise, reliability, and a results-driven approach to every project he undertakes.
Grant Maughan - Concept Designer
Grant Maughan is an Australian seafarer who resides in the US.
His maritime career has spanned the best part of 36-years on various types of vessels from deep-sea fishing trawlers and purse-seiners, to tugs, research, dive and cargo vessels, and the last 24-years onboard luxury motor-yachts as a captain or engineer. He has sailed in all oceans including the Arctic and Antarctic.
A broad experience in new-building, refit and repair plus a solid operational background with ISM, Class and Flag led to a natural segue to concept design using CAD and Rhino3D software.
He currently works as a relief/ delivery yacht captain and concept designer.

Paul Madden
Paul has spent twenty-five years at the highest levels of luxury and expedition yacht sales, new builds, and conversions. He has generated more than $200 million in first-year shipyard sales and overseen $500 million-plus in lifetime brokerage transactions, representing Blohm+Voss, CRN/Ferretti Group, and Camper & Nicholsons across the Americas. As principal of Xplorer Yachts in Newport, Rhode Island, he advises a select group of UHNW clients on commercial-to-expedition yacht conversions and new builds. A lifelong sailor, he has competed in the SORC, the Newport–Bermuda Race, and trans-Atlantic crossings, and produces The Yacht Channel, one of the most-followed independent maritime channels.
